Get Your First Look At Justice League Dark

DC's latest animated feature, Batman: The Killing Joke, may not even be out on home video yet (it arrived on Digital HD yesterday), but we already know where the next film in the long-running series will take us.

Rumored to be coming for some time now, Justice League Dark was officially announced as the next DC Animated Original Movie this past weekend at San Diego Comic Con. The feature is set to bring together some of the most powerful beings in the DC Universe to battle a brand new, mystical threat from eons past - one that the regular Justice League may be powerless to contend with.

While the animated feature won't arrive until Fall, a sneak peek for Justice League Dark has now arrived online, giving fans a glimpse at what's to come! The video, seen in the player below, confirms that Matt Ryan will once again be taking on the role of John Constantine and that his character will be joined by the likes of Black Orchid, Deadman, Etrigan, Swamp Thing and Zatanna in their first ever animated adventure.

Several members of the Justice League will also be making appearances in the film including Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern, but will serve as supporting characters to this new group of heroes this time around.

What do you think, Infinite Earths fans? It certainly looks interesting, and we love the fact that Matt Ryan, who played John Constantine in the short-lived NBC series (and in an episode of Arrow last season), is back. One question that does go unanswered however is who will be voicing Swamp Thing? Frank Welker? Kevin Michael Richardson? We have no idea. Here's hoping we won't have to wait until Fall to find out.

So, while we may have to wait a little longer to see the Justice League Dark on the big screen, we're betting that this upcoming animated feature will keep fans of the title happy until the wheels get moving on the live-action version.

Featuring the voice talents of Matt Ryan as John Constantine,  Jason O'Mara as Batman, Camilla Luddington as Zatanna Nicholas Turturro as Deadman and Ray Chase as Etrigan, Justice League Dark will arrive on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD this Fall.
