Ghostbusters Gets An Extended Home Video Release

Paul Feig is preparing to release an extended cut of his Ghostbusters reboot to home video - and the movie isn't even in theatres yet! Those familiar with the director should not be surprised with this decision however.

Feig has also released extended and unrated version of his past films including Bridesmaids, Spy and The Heat and Ghostbusters will be no different according to the director.

"We are literally, as I talk to you, I'm on lunch break from doing our extended cut of the movie. There will be one, and it will be a good 15 to 17 minutes longer than the theatrical feature."

The question is what will these extras minutes contain?

That remains to be seen, until then, you can check out the movie in theatres this weekend.

Starring Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones and Chris Hemsworth, Ghostbusters bursts into theaters on July 15, 2016.
