When Jurassic World destroyed box office records last summer, fans knew a sequel wasn't too far behind. J.A. Bayona has been hired to helm Jurassic World 2, and during a recent Reddit Q&A he revealed that he'd also be interested in making a Superman movie.
When asked what his dream movie would be to work on, the director responded:
“The first movie I saw in my life was Superman. I was three years old. The first memory I had was Christopher Reeve flying in the suit. Directing a Superman film would be great. I always wanted to be Superman. That’s the film that made me want to become a director.”
Back in August, it was revealed that Man Of Steel 2 had entered active development at Warner.
And, should Bayona's Jurassic World 2 bring in the kind of money that the last one did, we can't imagine it'll be all that difficult for him to land his dream directing job.
What do you think, Infinite Earths fans? Would you like to see Bayona take on the Man Of Steel?
