"There's something out there waiting for us..." and it's a new addition to The Predator cast!
Keegan-Michael Key has entered final negotiations to join Shane Black's highly anticipated Sci-Fi sequel, which kicks off production in Vancouver, Canada next month.
Known for Comedy Central’s cult comedy series Key and Peele, Key joins an ever growing cast that already includes the likes of Boyd Holbrook and Olivia Munn. Yesterday, it was also announced that Moonlight star Trevante Rhodes had also joined the project.
Holbrook and Rhodes are ex-Marines while Munn is a scientist.
Black is directing the film, and helped co-write the script with Fred Dekker.
Key will play a man who teams up with Holbrook and Rhodes to fight the creatures.
No further info regarding his character is available at this time.
The Predator stalks into theaters on February 9, 2018.
