Aquaman Moves To December 2018

Warner Bros. has pushed the release date of James Wan's Aquaman to December 2018.

The DC Films solo flick, which focuses on Jason Momoa's King Of Atlantis following the events of November's Justice League, has been moved from its October 5, 2018 release date and will now hit the big screen on December 21, 2018.

Interestingly enough, this was the release date originally held by James Cameron's Avatar 2.

Aquaman will share this release date with Sony's animated Spider-Man movie.

Joining Jason Momoa in the film will be Amber Heard as Mera, Patrick Wilson as Orm, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta and Willem Dafoe as Vulko. Nicole Kidman and Temuera Morrison are also rumored to star as Atlanna and Thomas Curry respectively.
