New Featurette Goes Behind The Scenes Of The Mummy

It has been a few months since Universal released the first trailer for The Mummy.

Now, the studio has released a brand new behind-the-scenes featurette for the film, which takes a look at the exciting Zero-G plane stunt set to be featured in the movie - and confirms that both Tom Cruise and Annabelle Wallis performed the crazy stunt themselves.

Check it out in the player below...

Thought safely entombed in a crypt deep beneath the unforgiving desert, an ancient queen (Sofia Boutella of Kingsman: The Secret Service and Star Trek Beyond) whose destiny was unjustly taken from her, is awakened in our current day, bringing with her malevolence grown over millennia and terrors that defy human comprehension.

From the sweeping sands of the Middle East through hidden labyrinths under modern-day London, The Mummy brings a surprising intensity and balance of wonder and thrills in an imaginative new take that ushers in a new world of gods and monsters.

Tom Cruise leads a cast that includes Annabelle Wallis, Jake Johnson, Courtney B. Vance and Russell Crowe. The Mummy rises on June 9th, 2017.
