We're just a few months away from the theatrical release of Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman. The highly anticipated DC Film sees Diana Prince back on the big screen following her epic debut in last year's Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, and follows the Amazonian princess as she embraces her destiny as one of the greatest heroes the world has ever known.
With the movie drawing ever closer, the MPAA have assigned Wonder Woman an official rating of PG-13. The Motion Picture Association of America’s Classification and Rating Administration have assigned the film this rating for sequences of violence and action, and some suggestive content.
Pretty much everything we were expecting.
Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers…and her true destiny.
Starring Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Connie Nielsen, Robin Wright, Lucy Davis, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner and Danny Huston, Wonder Woman lands in theatres on June 2, 2017.
