A few weeks back, Vin Diesel assured fans that his apparent feud with Fast And Furious co-star Dwayne Johnson had been resolved. If you needed further proof that things were good between the two action icons, it sounds as though both will be reuniting for a ninth film in the high octane action franchise.
According to TMZ, both actors have met privately several times since animosity between them exploded on the set of The Fate Of The Furious and that the hatchet has indeed been buried. Sources have also informed them that both Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel are 1,000% in for the new movie.
This is really great to hear, as another installment would not be the same without both actors behind the wheel - at least to us. While Vin has been involved since the original 2001 film, Dwayne Johnson is a newer face to the franchise, but one who has quickly made himself an equally recognizable and important part of the multi billion dollar franchise.
Currently, The Fate Of The Furious is busy tearing up the box office. In its opening weekend, the F. Gary Gray film brought in a massive $532-Million, destroying records previously held by box office blockbusters Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Jurassic World and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2.
So, are you ready to watch a ninth Fast And Furious movie?
Because we sure as hell are!
