Tamashii Nations Reveals Their Pacific Rim Figures


Earlier this year, Tamashii Nations announced that they would be producing a new line of action figures based off of the Pacific Rim movies. Now, they have revealed official images and info for the first four figures in the line, which can be seen below...

Soul Of Chogokin GX-77 Gipsy Danger Jaeger – February 2018 – $249.99
Finally! Pacific Rim, the mecha masterpiece from 2013, joins the Soul of Chogokin series! The first is the lead Jaeger, Gipsy Danger! Made of diecast metal, this is the long-awaited ultimate portrayal of the titanic robot fighter. 
Gipsy Danger features both illumination (lights up in 3 places) and sound effects (for weapons and the start-up sequence). Included with the figure are two sets of hands, a ship, 2 chain-swords, 2 chain-whips, 2 plasma-casters, a stand, and instructions.

These all look amazing! We can't wait to see them in hand! Fans can expect these new figures to begin arriving in February, ahead of the theatrical release of Pacific Rim: Uprising.  
 
Previously, NECA gave fans an impressive assortment of Jaegers and Kaiju based off the 2013 Pacific Rim film, but they no longer hold the license to the franchise, which is quite unfortunate. How do you think these new figures from Tamashii Nations will compare to those?
