Next year not only marks the 25th anniversary of Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park, but will also see the highly anticipated Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom stomp into theatres.
Several companies have plans to release some Dino-Mite collectibles in connection with these exciting events - including our friends over at Chronicle Collectibles! The Dallas based company has not only announced that they'll be making new collectibles based off of next year's Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, but also have plans in place for the 25th anniversary of Jurassic Park.
First up, check out an early look at some packaging for an upcoming project celebrating the first film's milestone anniversary. The packaging features the 25th anniversary logo and a color pallet that calls to mind the design of the Ford Explorer tour cars seen in Jurassic Park. The ghostly reflection of a Tyrannosaurus can also be seen in the top right corner.
The exact identity of this secret project is unknown, but we're wondering if it's another diorama piece meant to be partnered with the recently sold out Breakout T-Rex statue.
Additionally, check out a tweet from Chronicle Collectibles announcing that they'll be releasing new merchandise based off of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, which dropped shortly after Universal Pictures released the film's first trailer last night!
Clearly, Chronicle Collectibles is making sure 2018 will be a Dino-Mite year!!
