Zack Snyder's Justice League is a hit over in The Middle Kingdom.
The film has just become the first DC movie to officially cross the $100-Million mark in China, the world's second biggest box office market. For comparison sake, Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises made $52.7-Million in China back in 2012, while Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice brought in $95.7-Million at the Chinese box office in 2016.
As of today, the superhero ensemble, which has performed considerably better overseas then here in North America, has brought in $100.8-Million from China alone.
Worldwide, Justice League has brought in over $570-Million to date.
Directed by Zack Snyder, Justice League unites some of the biggest heroes in the world for the very first time on the big screen! Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, The Flash, Aquaman and Cyborg are all brought together in an effort to save the world from the villainous Steppenwolf, who'll stop at nothing to conquer and claim the Earth in the name of Apokolips.
Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.
Starring Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Amber Heard, Jeremy Irons, J.K. Simmons, Willem Dafoe and Connie Nielsen, Justice League is playing in theatres now.
