However, things are about to change in this sleepy little town, and only one person will be able to help them - The Batman.

Jeff Parker and Michael Moreci have combined a grouping of classic characters together in an engaging debut issue that has hooked us in hard, while Dan Parent has perfectly captured all of these beloved components with some seriously beautiful art - made all the more amazing with contributions from J. Bone, Kelly Fitzpatrick and Jack Morelli.
Everything about this debut issue just seemed to click for us. The plot moved along smoothly, and we couldn't help but get a little misty-eyed when seeing Adam West's Bright Knight arriving on the scene to save the day once again! Standing as proof that old legends never die, the first issue of Archie Meets Batman '66 looks back upon a simpler time in our history and presents readers with one great gas of a comic book!
