Production on Zack Snyder's Justice League - Part One kicks off this April. Before that, fans will get to see the Man Of Steel take on the Caped Crusader in Batman v Superman, which will lay the groundwork for future films in the DC Expanded Universe.
During the Academy Awards, Henry Cavill was approached by MTV News and asked if he'd read the script for Justice League. However, the Last Son of Krypton wouldn't divulge too much information.
"I have. I can tell you nothing. We're talking about Justice League here, so the DC Cinematic Universe is finally getting its chance to really grow in this one. I think all of the characters are fantastic, and I'm looking forward to being a part of that whole gig."
When a casting call for the film surfaced last week, it listed Mad Max: Fury Road director George Miller as one of the producers on Justice League. Back in 2007, Miller almost helmed his own JL flick, but even though everything was pretty much in place an ready to go, the Writers Guild strike of 2007 collapsed the project.
When asked about George Miller's involvement, Henry Cavill said that hadn't heard if he had come aboard as a producer or not.
In any case, Cavill seems to have nothing but faith in the DC Expanded Universe, ad that' exactly what we like to hear.
