Entertainment Weekly has released a brand new image from Zack Snyder's Justice League, which sees veteran heroes Batman and Wonder Woman heading into battle - alongside rookie speedster Barry Allen. Speaking with the trade, actor Ezra Miller admits that he related to the young hero the moment he walked on set to portray the Flash.
"He’s this really endearing, altruistic nerd," Miller said. "He’s the 13-year-old Metallica fan, and Metallica says, ‘We lost our drummer in a freak accident. We need you to play drums, bro!’ I don’t even have drumsticks!"
This is the third time fans will have encountered the big screen Barry Allen since the DC Extended Universe first began. The character has had small cameo appearances in both Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice and Suicide Squad, but Warner Bros. is eager to get a solo Flash flick into theatres in the very near future.
Until then, fans can catch up with Ezra Miller's Scarlet Speedster on November 17th when Zack Snyder's Justice League finally arrives in theatres.
