Paramount has pulled the seventh Transformers movie from its 2019 schedule.
The film was initially slated for release on June 28th, 2019.
This leaves the upcoming Bumblebee spinoff, hitting the big screen on December 21st of this year, the sole Transformers movie that the studio currently has in the pipeline.
Word is that the upcoming film, directed by Travis Knight, will serve as a means to reboot the Transformers franchise and get it back on track following the poor reception from fans following the last few installments in the series.
The first five Transformers movies, all directed by Michael Bay, have brought in a combined total of $4.4-Billion at the worldwide box office since 2007. Last year's Transformers: The Last Knight was the lowest grossing entry in the franchise to date - bringing in $605-Million worldwide.
