The Suicide Squad sequel just netted some new writers.
David Bar Katz and Todd Stashwick are co-writing the script for the sequel alongside director Gavin O'Connor. The film is a follow-up to the 2016 David Ayer Oscar winner.
David Bar Katz wrote the Black List script The Man In The Rockefeller Suit. He also preformed a rewrite on New Line's Spawn as well as penning the play The History of Invulnerability, which is about the creation of Superman.
Stashwick is a lifelong DC Comics fan and has appeared on the Batman prequel series Gotham over at Fox, as well as on SyFy's excellent 12 Monkeys.
