Mark Hamill Looks Battle Ready In New Knightfall Image

Star Wars icon Mark Hamill will be heading back to the Middle Ages later this year in Season 2 of the History drama series Knightfall. And now, we have a first look at the actor in character.

Hamill portrays Talus, a battle-hardened Knight Templar veteran of the Crusades, who survived captivity for ten years in the Holy Land and is tasked with training new initiates to the Order.

Check out the new image of Talus, and Tom Cullen's Landry, posted below...

Season 2 of Knightfall will explore this dark time in history from the Templar perspective, embracing an authentically grittier, darker, and more brutal Medieval period than has ever been seen before. The series explores the medieval politics and warfare of the Knights Templar, the most powerful, wealthy and mysterious military order of the Middle Ages.

Season 2 is currently in production. It will air next year.

And here's hoping Mr. Hamill gets to put some of his Jedi fighting moves to the test when Knightfall arrives in 2019! Come on, you can't tell us you're not all thinking it!
