Review: DC Comics - Wonder Woman #55

Diana Takes Her Stand!

Wonder Woman #55 arrives on newsstands today, concluding an epic arc from the dynamic duo of Steve Orlando and Raul Allen.

This week, we witness two bands of Amazons standing ready to annihilate each other, with Wonder Woman and Artemis caught in the middle. Meanwhile, the vile Rustam continues to pull the strings in an effort to promote his goal of absolute anarchy - but, he is not alone in his conquest, aided by one of the Amazon's own!

As swords clash, Diana and Artemis must put aside their differences and stand for the common good. However, does Diana possess the might and diplomatic prowess to convince her sisters to stop their march toward war? And what of Atlanta? A prisoner in her own home? Will she be able to stand against her captors and aid Diana before it is too late?

All of this, and more, will be answered in the exciting conclusion of Steve Orlando's epic Wonder Woman arc.

Exciting, and bursting with pages of absolutely amazing art, the latest issue of Wonder Woman hits the gas right out of the gate and doesn't let up until issue's end! You won't want to miss this exciting conclusion, which looks to tie into events hinted at in Justice League Dark!

This is Wonder Woman at her very finest! Steve Orlando and Raul Allen have really knocked this one out of the park and crafted an extremely satisfying tale worthy of DC's Amazonian Princess!

Rating: 5/5 - "An epic and satisfying conclusion to one of the most action-packed arcs in Wonder Woman history."
